2.4
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you visit. This is needed to deliver the website securely and to produce anonymous visitor statistics.
SECTION 03
Purposes and legal grounds
3.1
To respond to your inquiry or library request and to prepare a proposal. This is based on our legitimate interest in answering requests and on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
3.2
To perform our contracts, including production, delivery, invoicing and aftercare (article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to comply with our legal obligations, such as statutory record keeping (article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

To keep this website secure, working properly and to improve it, based on our legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Website analytics through Google Analytics only takes place with your consent (article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
3.4
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
SECTION 04
Cookies and similar technologies
4.1
We store your cookie preference in your browser, so we do not have to ask you again on every visit. This is strictly necessary and does not require consent.
4.2
We use privacy-friendly website statistics provided by our hosting provider. These statistics do not use tracking cookies and do not identify individual visitors.
4.3
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website, for example which pages are visited and how visitors find us. Google Analytics places cookies (such as _ga) that are kept for up to two years. Google Analytics is only loaded after you click “Accept all”.
4.4
We have configured Google Analytics without advertising features and Google signals, and we do not use advertising or marketing cookies.
4.5
You can withdraw or change your choice at any time by clearing the cookies and site data for this website in your browser. The cookie banner will then appear again on your next visit.
SECTION 05
How long we keep your data
5.1
Inquiries and library requests that do not lead to a collaboration are kept for up to two years after our last contact, so we can follow up on earlier conversations.
5.2
Data relating to quotations, orders and invoices is kept for seven years, in line with the statutory retention obligation under Dutch tax law.
5.3
Technical website data is kept only as long as necessary for security and statistics. Google Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically.
SECTION 06
Sharing with third parties
6.1
We use carefully selected service providers for website hosting and forms, email, IT services and website analytics (Google Ireland Limited, for Google Analytics). They process personal data only on our instructions and under a data processing agreement.
6.2
Where needed to carry out your project, we share relevant project and delivery details with the makers, workshops and logistics partners involved.
6.3
We may disclose personal data where we are legally required to do so, for example to a competent authority.
SECTION 07
Transfers outside the EEA
7.1
Some of our service providers, including Google, may process personal data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. In that case we ensure an adequate level of protection, for example through the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
